Our Story
Sumita Pandey, the founder of Nikhaar (salon) and NIBT(Nikhaar, Institute of Beauty Therapy), is highly qualified and one of the best Aesthetician, Beauty Educationalist as well as a pro.makeup artist of East Chattisgarh region. She has been honoured by excellent lady award 2021.She is the founder and Charter president of All India Lyness Club Raigarh SEVANJALI . She has an experience of 20+ years and has mentored many students who have progressed ahead and established a successful career as well as are successfully running their own salons. Her dedication is towards giving self-employment to the women.NIBT also conducts free classes for the needy women and girls.

NIBT. is a practice emphasized training center with more focus on technical aspects of learning. We balance a course having 20% theory sessions with 80% practical sessions, as we believe that extensive practice sessions are more important to help students deliver their best in the outside world. We give support and guidance to our students on completion of their course, allowing them to progress in a direction best suited for them. We teach every student personally. Academy's goal is to help all its students gain knowledge, training and hands-on practice, to carve their own identity.
